Jacob Levy, Ph.D., is a licensed Psychologist in the State of Tennessee. Dr. Levy earned his doctorate in counseling psychology from Indiana University in 2002, and has been in the mental health field since 1995. He has experiences working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of treatment settings including community mental health, university counseling centers, and psychiatric hospitals. His private practice is dedicated to providing services (including assessment, counseling/psychotherapy, and mental skills training) to meet the diverse and unique needs of his clients.
